what a MIRACLE!!! Ü

I was about to let go of the things that I get used to -- the things that are not meant for me...... because I’m sure, it makes me cry and depressed!

I fasted one day to help me let go and decide to start a new life... the Sabbath day came and forget all the worries that I have... and thankful to God for all the lessons that I learned in that day.
After the Sabbath, I worried again and prayed that hopefully, I will not worry and accept the things that were not meant for me, after a while, I just received a phone call from my Mom... Telling me good news ... said that, I will still be working and is able to serve God full-time in the office... I was shocked and surprised! How merciful our God is... happy to hear the news and wanted to dance a ‘Dance of Joy’ that time... happy that God was and is really there to help us in good times and in tough times. Considered it’s a miracle...
I really thank God for all these things. I could not afford to lose God in my heart...

In our life, sometimes, we get through difficult situations... and then, there we realized how challenging our life if we have that trials to overcome with... and we should be thankful for that also, trials teaches us lessons...

I really believe in this quote: “God without men is still a God, but Men without God, is NOTHING!” so therefore, let’s learn to love God with all our hearts... and focus to Him wholeheartedly...

saddest memory... :(

It was four years ago... the saddest thing that happened in my entire life... really broke my heart... :(
If only I could turn back the time... I would hug him so tight and kiss him and tell him how much I love him...  and spend more time with him... :(

But I know God has a purpose for everything... He let those things happened so that I could realize that life is not permanent in this world...

For now, I will keep him in my heart... as long as I live... and wait for the time that we'll meet again... I will not forget ...

~ Personality temperaments...

Last week, (Thursday June 16, 2011), I took a personality temperament exam.... I was surprise that my result was “Melancholic/ Phlegmatic” ... a big question on my mind... WHYYY???
Is this really me??? I was shocked because before, my result was Phlegmatic/Sanguine... haaay! But now, “Melancholic/ Phlegmatic”... both temperaments are INTROVERTs... hmm,, well, I thought about it, then I realized, if that was really me, then, I will be on it... IPAGLABAN!!!!

Melancholic/Phlegmatic says:

“Some of the greatest scholars the world has ever known have been MelPhlegs. They are not nearly as prone to hostility as the two previous melancholies and usually get along well with others. These gifted introverts combine the analytical perfectionism of the melancholy with the organized efficiency of the phlegmatic. They are usually good-natured humanitarians who prefer a quiet, solitary environment for study and research to the endless rounds of activities sought by the more extroverted temperaments. MelPhlegs are usually excellent spellers and good mathematicians. These gifted people have greatly benefited humanity. Most of the world's significant inventions and medical discoveries have been made by MelPhlegs. Despite his abilities, the MelPhleg, like the rest of us, has his own potential weaknesses. Unless controlled by God, he easily becomes discouraged and develops a very negative thinking pattern. But once he realizes it is a sin to develop the spirit of criticism and learns to rejoice, his entire outlook on life can be transformed. Ordinarily a quiet person, he is capable of inner angers and hostility caused by his tendency to be vengeful.

MelPhlegs are unusually vulnerable to fear, anxiety, and a negative self-image. It has always amazed me that the people with the greatest talents and capabilities are often victimized by genuine feelings of poor self-worth. Their strong tendency to be conscientious allows them to let others pressure them into making commitments that drain their energy and creativity. When filled with God's spirit, these people are loved and admired by their family because their personal self-discipline and dedication are exemplary in the home. But humanitarian concerns cause them to neglect their family. Unless they learn to pace themselves and enjoy diversions that help them relax, they often become early mortality statistics.”

Although I did not agree almost what the result said, but still, I am thankful to God that I am living my life to the fullest... Yes, we are unique! All of us have different temperaments, but I believe that this is not the thing to be measure in the Kingdom of God... God loves us and He will allow us to be ourselves and help us to maintain godly character in us. Knowing our temperaments are somewhat fine, but it depends if you consider the result or not. It’s up to you! Only two who recognize our truly selves... YOU down here and GOD from up above... J

~ the Rose within

"I just found this in the internet...
I like it and I just want to share this to you!
                                                   hope you'll be inspired..." ☺

A certain man planted a rose and watered it faithfully and before it blossomed, he examined it.
He saw the bud that would soon blossom, but noticed thorns upon the stem and he thought, "How can any beautiful flower come from a plant burdened with so many sharp thorns? Saddened by this thought, he neglected to water the rose, and just before it was ready to bloom... it died.
So it is with many people. Within every soul there is a rose. The God-like qualities planted in us at birth, grow amid the thorns of our faults. Many of us look at ourselves and see only the thorns, the defects.
We despair, thinking that nothing good can possibly come from us. We neglect to water the good within us, and eventually it dies. We never realize our potential.
Some people do not see the rose within themselves; someone else must show it to them. One of the greatest gifts a person can possess is to be able to reach past the thorns of another, and find the rose within them.

This is one of the characteristic of love... to look at a person, know their true faults and accepting that person into your life... all the while recognizing the nobility in their soul. Help others to realize they can overcome their faults. If we show them the "rose" within themselves, they will conquer their thorns. Only then will they blossom many times over.

STAFF --- for the first time :-)

This year's camp with the theme, “BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE” was very challenging. I was a camper for about three (3) times (year 2004, 2005 & 2007). I find it simple and lots of fun. But now, I’m already one of the staff. All I can say, ‘what a hard and difficult role’... waking up early in the morning, sleeping very late at night, washed dishes under the rain... it was an extreme experience... ‘One day’ feels like ‘one week’ for me...
I can now compare being a camper and being a staff... Being a staff was not really easy; you've got a great task. But, I enjoyed and learned many things on how to be the best I can be, for the reason that being a staff was my decision.

I love to serve, which was my first priority in life, to serve others and most especially to serve God. I cannot stop thinking about all the things that I've been through this year's camp. Learned our everyday lessons on how to be the best we can be. (Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, Socially, Occupationally and Spiritually)... This was very challenging yet very pleasurable. Meeting new people, serving new people, carve up a smile with new people; building new friendships... the greetings of every dorm when they passed by me makes my day bright… the smiles I received every day from campers & staff. It made me smile every time I learn by heart all those memories and wanted my tears roll down my cheeks. Kisses and hugs from friends, their corny jokes, the laughter, the aura… haaaaay! Okay! I will miss the temperature, cold water when taking a bath… hmmm… FREEZE!!! :D

It was marvelous to know that God works in you. He uses people to inspire you and encourage you in everything you do... Even though, you know that you’re very tired and can’t make things easily, but just a smile of anyone (campers & staff), all the pains and tiredness of what you feel will disappear. You can feel the love and care that they have for you, although they are busy and also tired, but still can afford to beam like there’s no tomorrow. I can also feel the pain that they’ve been through (cramps during their activities) because I’ve been there. YES! You cannot appreciate happiness if you’re not been through the pains... Just like life, LIFE is boring if you have no trials to overcome. That’s true!

One thing that it made me cry, was that even though you’re JUST A STAFF (not the highlight of the camp), but still they’re proud of you, remember you and thanking you for the help you offer, the effort to be a part of the successful camp. And the most important thing, the lessons that I’ve learned… and the people behind it… it’s the people (campers & staff – with God) who made the camp … ♥
So, with that, from now on, I will be joyful to serve God and His people... and make every effort to be the BEST I CAN BE! :)
I would say... The HARDEST, BEST and EXTREME CAMP EVER!
I will never ever, ever FORGET!!! :)

unforgotten promise ^_^

I remember the promise... 7 years ago. The promise that I can never forget.
My Aunt and I were on the phone, we talked many things about school, life and also lovelife. It was kind of weird for me, because I was still teen, and "lovelife" was not in my vocabulary yet and then my Aunt told me, "Don’t be in a relationship yet ha, follow my steps, 25 years old na nagka-relationship, okay? Promise me now" ... hmm, I was surprised why she asked me about that thing... then I answered "Yes Tita, sure. I promise" :) I answered with a smile.

Since then, I registered in my mind that "NO RELATIONSHIP until I reach 25" YEAH! Indeed, Challenging, very challenging. :) LOL! Kidding. It was fun... but honestly, very sad.
I already believe that True love waits; I know God will give a mate/partner for each of us that are destined for us.

Speaking of True love... I know someday, that true love will come... at the right time, in the right place. When that comes, I'll make sure that I will take that true love with my whole being. And I hope that true love will take me the way I am and will love and court me always until my last breathe.

I am looking forward for it. For now, I will just prepare, get ready and pray that my patience will increase. Sooner or later, it will come... it is not yet the end. Ü

Keep the Faith, God will Provide. Ü

Early this morning, I was about to go to work, I am alarmed by this line inside the Jeep.

I thought to myself and said with a smile, "Thank you God for the reminder..."

Oh yeah! God will really provide everything. Worry NOT! Be HAPPY!
